Rates/fees Going Up on 2nd Homes

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are adding fees to certain mortgages including 2nd homes.   Points added range from 1% to over 4% depending on the LTV. 

Cash mortgage will not start adding the fees until April 1st/
